Your application number please sir. I’m just looking something, we received your fax and er you received a letter that your complaint cannot be examined by the court.

We sent you a letter dated the 6th of September.

That letter is informing me that you have not received the application form.

That letter is referring to the information, the addendum I posted on the 29th of September (August) not the application form I the after I received that letter I you see I've got a printout from the Royal Mail stating "and I've had conversations with them" and I've got the receipt stating that the application form was delivered to the European Court of Human Rights on the 26th of August.

That letter I received from you is referring to the letter I sent on the 29th September (August), that I sent, the addendum in support of the application form.

The person has asked for the application number and is looking on the internal system of the European Court of Human Rights and cannot confirm receipt of the application form.
